Community Maintenance

Who is responsible for the maintenance of public areas?

The City of Calgary is responsible for all maintenance of fully established parks. The developer, WestCreek, maintains newly installed green spaces and boulevards until the ownership is turned over to the city. The Good Neighbor Practices Reference Guide, available on the City of Calgary website, is a great resource for learning about responsibilities within any neighborhood. If you have further concerns regarding maintenance, please contact WestCreek Developments.
